Payment
Until payment is made, all the products remain the property of blinkcrafter.com. We leave ourselves the right not to send the items if the payment has been rejected or there have been any other issues regarding it.
The price we apply to your order is the one that was set on the day the purchase was made. Your credit card information is not stored, so the entire payment process is completely safe & secure.

Delivery
For digital downloads, delivery is instant upon successful payment. You will receive an email with a download link. If you have any issues accessing your digital download, please contact us.
Returns and Refunds
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If there is an issue with the file or you receive a defective digital product, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For physical products, you may return items with manufacturing defects within 15 days of receiving the order. Contact us at [email protected] with pictures of the defect, and we will provide instructions for the return. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
Please note that all shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Legal Right of Cancellation

If you have already received your order, you will need to return the items you wish to cancel to us. Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item of good quality remain the responsibility of the customer.

However, please note that the warranty does not cover failures or other defects in the items that are not caused by the fault of us or the manufacturer of the items. No warranty shall apply where the defect or damage to the items is due to negligence or carelessness, external influences, natural wear and tear, use and care not in accordance with normal practice.

Please note that we can issue legal action in the territory where the buyer has a permanent residence.
If you have a complaint, you can outline and submit it to us at the contacts specified in these terms. We undertake to respond to such claims within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.
If we cannot resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to: State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of India; or directly to a competent court.
