Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview Our products are digital downloads, and due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The product cannot be printed, and this issue is not due to customer error or lack of compatibility.
  • A printing shop has requested adjustments to the product to make it printable.
  • The product is of unsatisfactory quality (e.g., blurry, edgy, or excessively grainy) and not intended to be part of the design or artistic intent.

3. Exclusions Refunds do not apply in the following situations:

  • Issues that are part of the product’s design or artistic intent, such as intentional graininess for texture or stylistic effects.
  • Problems resulting from the customer’s failure to follow instructions or lack of compatibility with their software or printing service.
  • Any dissatisfaction not related to the quality or printability of the product.

4. Refund Process To request a refund, customers must:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase, providing a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or correspondence with the printing service.
  • Await our investigation into the claim. We will assess the product’s condition and the nature of the complaint.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 7-14 business days).

5. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that may arise from the purchase or use of our products.

6. Changes to the Policy We reserve the right to modify this returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.

RETURN POLICY

Instant Download Items

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Digital or instant download items are not shipped. They need to be downloaded within a time frame of 15 days. Failure to do so will require the customer to repurchase the item if they intend to. There cannot be any exceptions made for this. Considering the artists hardwork this policy is enacted.

Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order. All communications happen through [email protected]

For items marked as “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page.

I am a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if theres anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at [email protected]. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer’s defect.

All products which are eligible for return/refund or both the final discretion shall be blinkcrafter.com and may take 30 -60 days to reach a resolution.

Also please note return and refunds are only for products damaged while shipping or in transit or transport.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
